Returns PolicyOrders with items missing or wrongly supplied, should be notified within one week of receipt of goods.Other orders you wish to return or exchange must be agreed prior to return and within two weeks of receipt of goods. Also, goods personalised including printing, embroidery and velcroing cannot be returned unless faulty or wrongly supplied.A 15% handling charge will be applied for goods returned without authorisation, unless goods are faulty or wrongly supplied.
