Returns Policy

Orders with items missing or wrongly supplied, should be notified within one week of receipt of goods.

Other orders you wish to return or exchange must be returned within two weeks of receipt of goods. You can do this by calling 0161 626 3936 or e-mailing: sales@netballuk.co.uk

Goods made to order eg: tracksuits, skirts, tops and dresses etc., cannot be returned unless faulty or wrongly supplied. Also, goods personalised including printing, embroidery and velcroing cannot be returned unless faulty or wrongly supplied.

A 15% handling charge will be applied for 'made to order' goods returned without authorisation, unless goods are faulty or wrongly supplied. A 15% handling charge will also apply for anyone cancelling an order once processed at the discretion of Netball UK Ltd.

Delivery charges will not be refunded, unless goods are faulty or wrongly supplied.

In the unlikely event that you feel the need to register a complaint, please contact us immediately. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
