For orders up to £50.00 shipping is £3.95

Orders over £50.00 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE

Small orders weighing under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Service. Please note that 1st Class isn't a guaranteed next day service.

Please allow 10 days for delivery before contacting our customer services. After this time you will asked to complete a denial of receipt form which will allow us to investigate the matter with Royal Mail.

Orders over 2kg are sent via DPD Next Day Service (this does not include weekends). A signature is required upon delivery. See below for further details on delivery updates.

UK EXPRESS SERVICE - £6.00

This is a next working day service provided by DPD.

Orders must be placed before 3pm to be despatched the same day.

You can choose this service at the checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Provide your mobile number as your main telephone contact, DPD will use a text service to update you with delivery details giving you a delivery with an hour's window. Your number will not be passed on or used for marketing purposes, it is purely to keep you updated. You will also receive an e-mail advising the same details.

A signature is required on delivery.

DPD Next Day does NOT include delivery on weekends or bank holidays. This is a Monday-Friday service only and applies to UK mainland ONLY

Your delivery cost is calculated based on the delivery address and the total weight of the order.

European Union Under 1kg = £6.25 + VAT

European Union Under 2kg = £10.83 + VAT

Rest of the World Under 1kg = £9.99

Rest of the World Under 2kg = £16.99

Our delivery charges are based on what our couriers charge.

International customers may have to pay an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of each individual customer.

Although we hold thousands of items in stock, there may be a time that products are out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you of an expected delivery date as soon as possible.

NETBALL POSTS:

Those with an NBL or SS code (Sure Shot), please allow approximately 7 days for delivery. For faster service please call, all other posts should be received in 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated.

All goods will be sent out by Royal Mail or DPD, except posts which will arrive by our designated courier. Evidence of posting fulfils our obligation to deliver.

Please note that on posts with a NUK code have a postage surcharge to the highlands and island of Scotland.

ONLY the Gilbert and Net1 Netball posts are eligilble for International Delivery.

SMU GARMENTS:

All SMU's (Special make up) are made to order, please enquire for expected delivery dates.

Please note that all the netballs advertised will be sent deflated.

VAT - VALUE ADDED TAX

All orders despatched to the United Kingdom and European Union countries are charged at the current vat rate of 20%.

All other countries will be exempt from V.A.T.

Whether you are charged V.A.T. or not is determined by the shipping destination
