When you place an order with us, you’ll now, in most cases, have the option to choose DPD’s Collect from Parcel Shop service.

This allows you to collect your parcel from a nominated collection point - there are over 2,500 locations across the UK, including local and national retailers, petrol stations, and other convenient outlets - instead of having to wait at home for your delivery.

You'll be able to pick the location convenient to you - whether it's home or work - when you order. You can see the latest list of locations here >>

Your order will be delivered to your chosen drop-off point the next working day (usually by 12 midday) and you will be sent a notification when it arrives and how to collect your order. Best of all, this service is now our lowest delivery option at just £4.49.

How long do I have to collect my item? 
You will have seven days to collect your order once it arrives - if it's not picked up in that time, it'll be returned to us. You will be refunded the cost of the item but not the delivery fee.

The option isn't showing for my order, why not?
There are some products and some locations where Collect from Parcel Shop is not available. If the option is available for your order, it will be shown on the checkout options page.

How do I collect the item?
You will need a form of ID to collect your parcel, details will be provided in the communications from DPD so please ensure you enter your contact details correctly when you place your order.
