Debbie Hallas
Managing Director
Netball UK was the innovation of Debbie back in 2000, a player, coach and umpire she recognised the lack of options for kit and equipment within netball and how important this is particularly around on court footwear and kit. Instigating the first netball range from ASICS and developing new style dresses Debbie ensures we are always pushing the boundaries for the best kit and equipment in the game.
She started playing netball at junior school and joined Oldham Netball Club when it formed its first junior team in 1989. She progressed through to the National Premier League senior side and was part of the team that rose through five divisions in six seasons. In 2011, Debbie stepped away from playing (well, apart from the occasional appearance…) to take over coaching the team. She has guided them to 12 Premier League titles in 14 seasons. Also a qualified L2 coach and B Award umpire, Debbie lives and breathes netball and has built experience in the sport at every level.
Antoine Guinebault
Accounts & Purchasing Manager
New to the business in 2025, Antoine's role is integral in the whole business operation, leading on financials and purchasing. Building relationships with suppliers, ensuring we have the most up to date and relevant products for the sport we love.
Antoine is a member of the Manchester Thunder Men's & Mixed squad and represents England Thorns.
Daniel Hallas
Partnerships Manager
Netball UK have partnerships with all current home nations, England Netball, Netball Northern Ireland, Netball Scotland and Wales Netball, plus Netball Super League Club Manchester Thunder, Daniel nurtures these relationships. Whether Netball UK showcases online or merchandises at events Daniel works to grow brands, merchandise and revenue for national governing bodies and clubs. He also enjoyed making his debut in mixed netball recently.
Dione Whalley
Warehouse Manager & Events
Dione manages all aspects of the warehouse operation and associated staff, she runs a tight ship so you get your orders as soon as possible so you can be using out on court. You will also see her smiley face around at our events.
Rachel Diamond
Customer Service Guru
Rachel is usually the person you would speak to if you call us for advice, she processes your orders and deals with any queries via e-mail.
Not only a Durham University graduate in maths and physics with joint honours, Rachel also graduated from the University College London with a degree in space science & engineering! Rachel is working with us temporarily until she starts a graduate scheme as a payload engineer no less, with Airbus later in 2025. She's a keen netballer and currently wokring her way through umpiring qualifications.
Stephen Naylor
Communications & Strategy
Having worked with Netball UK since 2016 and in the world of netball for even longer, Stephen is passionate about the sport and an advocate for bringing netball into the spotlight. He supports the team to make sure we share with you what's happening in the world of netball so our customers are aware of the latest products, best advice and up-to-date information, and is also the man who looks after our competitions so if you get an email from him, it could be good news!
Piper
Chief Dog
Often to be found sniffing out the best deals, Piper is responsible for keeping the rest of the team in order and she's also great at finding new product leads.
