About the Sales & Customer Services Assistant

As a growing business, we are investing in this role as a key point of contact for our customers, covering online and in person sales, and email and telephone enquiries.

We pride ourselves as Netball experts so you will either need to be fully up-to-speed on the ins and outs of the sport, or need to ensure you get up to speed quickly, as well as being familiar with our products inside-out. 

You will need to quickly absorb and retain information, and pass it into customers in a pleasant and informative way.

You will also need to be able to relay customers questions, concerns and feedback to our warehouse team and other leaders in the business. 

Attending events will also be part of the role - this are irregular, but frequent, and all of our small team are expecting to be part of these so sales and opportunities are maximised. 

Liaising closely with all members of the team, you will support the efforts to work towards monthly and annual sales targets.

In summary, this is an all-encompassing customer service role, with a particular focus on bespoke product sales and customer service, so the ability to forge and build relationships is key.
