Netball UK HQ will be closed from 3pm on Tuesday 23rd December until the New Year.
Orders placed after 3pm on Tuesday 23rd December will be prepared for dispatch on Friday 2nd January 2026, and questions & return requests will also be dealt with then.
Be Christmas confident with our extended returns period
Netball UK offers you a special returns policy so you can be confident when you're buying your Christmas presents, gifts & treats.
If for any reason you or the recipient of your gift are not satisfied with any products bought as Christmas presents after Saturday 1st November 2025, you can return them up until Friday 9th January 2026 for an exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned to us in their re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
A few important things to note:
- Please ensure you enclose your packing list in with your return, this is your returns/exchange form which can be filled in.
- When returning an item for a refund/exchange we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge. You can view our standard returns policy for more details.
- For obvious reasons, this does not apply to any personalised items, for example trainers with PRINTiD which cannot be returned as per our standard returns policy.
- Nothing in this Christmas returns policy affects your statutory rights.
